All the ants walk in the straight line and give a fragrant trace behind. This trace acts as map for the following ants to follow. So we have to use this phenomenon. You can use glass cleaner to overcome or end this scented trail so that the ants cannot find their way back to your home.

Mix both cleaner and detergent in a sprinkler and spray all over the area where the ants are usually found. Clean it away and repeat if needed after a couple of days.
